What is the Wait at Home program?
Most people would prefer not to be in hospital unless it is medically necessary. The Wait at Home program is for people who are waiting for a bed in a Long-Term Care Home.
The Wait at Home program enables you to return home where your health care needs will be supported through a variety of in-home and community support services.
